Request permanent deletion of your Sunset Cycle account and the personal data connected to it.

Delete your account
Signing out or deleting your email account does not delete Sunset Cycle data. Use the signed-in app for immediate deletion, or email us if you cannot access the app.
Open MY SC, choose Delete account and confirm. The app removes personal account data and membership before confirming completion. If deletion remains pending, contact support. Shared ride and public-spot records may remain without your account attribution; see the privacy notice for retention and quoted-message exceptions.
Use the same email address shown in Sunset Cycle and send a request to support@sunsetcycle.co.uk.
Include your display name and crew name. Do not include your password, a private invite link or a photo of identity documents unless we specifically request a safer verification method.
In-app deletion confirms when it completes. Email requests are verified and normally completed or answered within one month, subject to any lawful retention exception.
Deletion scope
Deletion is handled against the live service, not just the app on your phone.
Your Sunset Cycle account record, display name and active crew membership are deleted. Your email provider keeps the separate account used to access Sunset Cycle.
Messages, vote activity, reactions, uploaded photos and captions attributable to your account are deleted or de-identified as needed to complete the request.
Records needed by other crew members may be removed, de-identified or retained only where a lawful reason applies. We will explain any exception.
Security, legal-request and backup records may remain for a limited period where required, then expire under provider recovery cycles.
